Meet Jordanna Nativ
Coach Jordanna is a mom and eating psychology coach, NASM trainer, and nutrition coach who helps women build their best bodies and live their best lives. She was once stuck in endless diets before healing her own relationship with food and now teaches women how to achieve their transformations while still enjoying their favorite foods.
Meet Marilynn Roth
Coach Marilynn is a former elementary school teacher of almost two decades who became a NASM Certified Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She had many personal struggles with starvation, diet pills, and overexercising before experiencing her own body transformation. Now, she educates busy women to discover their strengths and transform their bodies and lives.
Meet Tijana Daly
Coach Tijana is a busy mom of two boys, a body transformation coach, a pre/postnatal fitness specialist, and a holistic nutritionist. She is also a published fitness model and writer with years of experience training and coaching other busy women without overhauling their family life.

We are so excited to have you here with us on our first podcast episode. This podcast started as an idea and kept percolating in our minds, but we couldn't seem to find the perfect time or perfect circumstances. But just like we tell our clients and the women we speak to, there is no perfect time when the stars are going to align.
The perfect time is now, and imperfect action is better than no action at all. So we took our own advice, and here we are. To start, we want to tell you about who we are, how we came together, and why we do what we do.
Marilynn's Story: From Rock Bottom to Resilience
[Marilynn] I have always been into fitness and wellness, but looking back, I did not get into it for the right reasons. In my teens, 20s, and early 30s, it was an obsession with being skinny and shrinking myself. I did everything to do that: starved myself, took diet pills, lived off meal replacement shakes, and overdid cardio.It took years to heal my relationship with myself and how I looked at training and nutrition. Fast forward to my late 30s, I let stress, busyness, and responsibilities of life get in the way of taking care of myself. I hit rock bottom when I gained 30 pounds and felt overwhelmed and irritable.
That's when I turned my life around and reclaimed my health and fitness. Now, all those experiences fuel my coaching philosophy: I hit my rock bottom so my clients don’t have to.
How Get Sculpted Began
[Marilynn] The story of the three of us is special. We've known each other for almost a decade. We started as clients on the same coaching team, became friends, and transitioned to online coaching. Over time, we saw an opportunity to build something of our own to empower women and help them make real changes.Now, we’ve built the Get Sculpted community and collectively changed the lives of hundreds of women. Jordanna, why don’t you share your story?
Jordanna's Story: Healing Through Coaching
[Jordanna] Hey, I'm Jordanna. I started my fitness journey pretty much as a teenager. Growing up in a household surrounded by diet culture, it was always about being skinnier and smaller. As a teen, I was into swimming and gymnastics, which gave me a lot of muscle, but it didn’t fit the beauty ideals of that time.Eventually, after becoming a mom and gaining weight during pregnancy, I fell into unhealthy habits like overdoing cardio and under-eating. My family intervened, and I decided to approach fitness differently. I hired my first coach, which was transformational.
That experience inspired me to leave the corporate world and pursue coaching full-time. Now, with Get Sculpted, I’m dedicated to helping women who have struggled with yo-yo dieting, under-eating, and overtraining to build a body and life they love.
Tijana, over to you!
Tijana's Story: From Overweight Child to Empowered Coach
[Tijana] Thanks, Jordanna! My journey is a little different. As a child and teen, I was overweight and had a bad relationship with food. By the time I was 12, I lost 40 pounds in three months by eating almost nothing, which led to unhealthy behaviors well into my 20s.When I discovered lifting, everything changed. I felt stronger, more confident, and healthier. That’s when I transitioned into the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer before moving to online coaching.
Meeting Marilynn and Jordanna gave me the opportunity to collaborate with women who complement my skills and experiences. Together, we’ve been able to help clients on a deeper level than we could individually.
